Chad was born in Long Beach and raised in Lakewood. He worked for the City of Lakewood for 10+ years and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CSU Dominguez Hills. In his early twenties, he purchased his first home in Lakewood Village, where he is now a member of the Lakewood Village Neighborhood Association’s Community Relations committee. Through the homebuying process, he fell in love with real estate and the opportunities homeownership provides. Upon working in the corporate world, he realized it was time to pursue his passion and he became a licensed real estate agent to help others pursue the American Dream.
